logon errors?

When my daughter tries to logon to hotmail.com, she gets an intnert connection error, but she can get to homepage of google and yahoo. It is a webhelper.dll error. any suggestions how to correct? She can logon from other users sites, but not from hers on this computer. Imagine a setting is set wrong. Suggestions?

No I don't think it is.
The other day hotmail issued that they where updating the site to fix some common issues. I suggest your daughter logs in at http://www.msn.com for the meanwhile.
