Go to a doctor and get a check up and a pregnancy test. You can't simply go by symptoms because if you've wanted to be pregnant for awhile your body can trick you into believing it's pregnant (and mimic the symptoms of pregnancy.)
I have heard of women who have had their periods while pregnant and they've gone on to deliver healthy babies. I knew a woman that didn't find out she was pregnant with her second child until she was 5 months along because she was still having her period.

Instead of worrying yourself sick over nothing, take a pregnancy test. That way you can learn once and for all if you are pregnant. If you are not, you are worrying about the health and safety of your baby for nothing.
If you DO show up pregnant, go to an ob/gyn, if you are 11-12 weeks along and are bleeding regularily then they'll perform an ultrasound to make sure that your baby is okay, or that you don't have an ectopic pregnancy (where the fertilized egg is stuck in the fallopian tube), or some other problem.
With my pregnancy, I didn't have any bleeding at all, but it is normal for some spotting every month, but if it's bleeding that resembles a period, it's certainly not normal.
If it literally is a period - heavy to moderate flow for 3 to 5 days, spaced about a month apart, your uterus is shedding its lining and it's impossible for you to be pregnant.
Stress, anxiety and convincing yourself to believe you are pregnant can make you have pregnancy symptoms. A famous example is Mary Tudor, queen of England in the 1500's, who had a tumor that was causing her belly to distend and expand, and for TWO years she claimed she was pregnant - as if a pregnancy could carry that long - and she continued to put on weight, her period stopped, her breasts began to lactate at a point... however, it's simply a strange phenomenon that strikes women, sometimes referred to as "false pregnancy".
However, before you worry any farther, take a pregnancy test. If you are truly this far along, it is IMPOSSIBLE for you not to test positive.
If you are further unsure, and you are afraid of doctor's costs or have no insurance, go to your local Health Department, WIC office, Planned Parenthood or any other institution that can help direct you to how you can get a free or reduced cost pregnancy test, and if needed, further prenatal care.

Why don't you just take a test to find out the answer? Worrying doesn't do you or if you are pregnant, the baby any good. Finding out as soon as possible and making sure that you do the right things; i.e. taking prenatal vitamins, going to regular check ups, etc. is the best idea. What has happened has already happened. Now you have to take a positive and active approach to it. Waiting will make things worse and could be harmful to you and or, if you are pregnant, the baby as well. Take a test, and if you are still unsure then go to the doctor. If you can't go to a doctor, there are many women's clinics that are just for that.
Take care of yourself!

i also am not sure if i'm pregnant or not i'm only about 6 weeks though if i am. 12 weeks is awhile a whole trimester. wich is the most crucial time of development in your baby if you haven't been drinking alot, coking it up, or something along those lines i'm sure it will be fine although you need to find out for sure so you can start with your prenantal care asap. a very good friend of mine didn't find out she was pregnant for 4 1/2 months and her baby is just fine. Best of luck to you
