For Star Wars Battlefront 1, there is no cheat for invincibility. For Star Wars Battlefront 2 (if you mean that) it is Up, Up, Up, left, down, down, down, left, up, up, up, left, right. The sources below tell all the cheats for those 2 games.

Stand, crouch, or lay near any one of the replenishment depots. Camp there with a sniper rifle and keep firing.
