This is the way it works. YOu cant just get pregnant whenever. It has to be within a certain time period and its not any and every month. Sperm can live up to 3 days in your body so if you are in that window of your ovulation cycle then you can possibly be pregnant. Ovulation accurs about 14 days after your day of your first period which is why the gestational age is diff then when you actually had sex. Talk to your OBGYN thats is what they are for and she will give you the facts not what people just tell you becasue of experience.

The chance is very high, But not as high as a day or two Before ovulation. Are you planning to fall pregnant? if so,
Do you have regular periods?irregular periods can lead in to skipping ovulations, people with irregular period hardly ovulate. If so ask you doctor to prescribe Clomid. It can put you back on track at no time.

Do you chat you Basal Body temperature? When your most fertile your body temperature keep on increasing
Are you stressed? Stress is very bad for conceiving

Do you know some of the Pregnancy symptoms?
- missed period
-headache
-sore breasts
-Nausea and vomiting
-fatigue
-stomach cramps
-dark line between your belly and pubal area
-more visits to the bathroom
- cravings
-mooo swings
watch out for this.

I hope this will help

Hi:) In my first trimester, yes I was cramping big time in my muscles and pelvis area. I was growing and stretching as my doctor put it. You may still be cramping around ovulation as well, but keep an eye on it. Is it down in your vagina? Mine hurt so bad down there I could barely take it. I have not had any more of those pains since I was past the 3 month mark. Each woman is different, again, seek your doctors professional advice and just get "opinions" on here.

With my first daughter, I had cramps and it felt like I was about to have my period. I even spotted a little bit but it never came. You have plently of time to worry about it but if you want to know go ahead and get a test. Also my first child I got a test too early and it said neg. then I went to the doc. and took a blood test and it was still neg. two weeks later i went again and it was positive. Everyone's body is different though, you are the only one who knows your body if you have a strong sense somethings up, check it out. That feeling in your gut is there for a reason. Hope all turns out well for you!

Yes its possible to get some cramping after conception. Some people do some don't. At ovulation you are most fertile sothis is the best time to get pregnant.

Have you done a test?
