I downloaded a .mpeg file and I wanted to know step by step how to play it on my DVD player I have a CD burner

u need to convert it to vcd ... use tmpgenc ... then author it as a vcd with somthing like nero ...

need to burn it as a vcd! and you will need to make shure the home dvd player supports vcd! find a software on the net that can burn files to a vcd!

put it on a data disk and burn it. i doo it all the time it works
