Conservatism isn't dead, it's the conservative politician who is not around anymore, with the exception of Congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul.

you know Hitler and muselini were the man of the year too, being the man of the year doesn't have to mean you were a good influence, it just means you were highly influential. Bush was the man of the year too, for example.

It will never be dead. The liberals just want to suppress it by making these false claims.

No, it is going to rebound sometime while a guy like Ron Paul gets in (the only genuine conservative). the rustic will would desire to throw each final dollar foreign places. Then while the super sucking sound winds down and we hit all-time low, conservatism will rebound to what it as quickly as became. Conservatism right this moment is unrecognizable in Washington and McCain is interior the thick of it. He oozes Washington it incredibly is thoroughly out of touch with the hassle-free guy. he's vast-unfold to have a bad temper and which would be frightening to think of he's a breath remote from the nuclear button.

This is the same rag that named Hitler "Man of the Year" in 1935. It has ZERO credibility! Conservatives will be around long after Time magazine lies smoldering on the ash heap of history!

Ron Paul is a very true Conservative....BUT he is very out of touch with people. Nor does he have a chance of winning the Republican nomination.

Sounds about right - well-deserved and WAY late. Wish it had died off sometime in the 90s before this joke of a human being occupied the White House.

A fantasy concocted by morons living in a make-believe world in a parallel universe.

Time Magazine is useless - heck, it can't even be used as toilet paper!

Neo-conservatism has amBushed the conservative party. True conservatives are everything these neo-conservatives are not.

Republicans ended slavery AND fought for civil rights. They are against big governments, world policing, deficit spending and bigotry. Look at Bush's conservative party today. It is the exact opposite of what true conservatives fought for and died for.
