I need an ISP in France. Where can I find a dial up phone number etc?

I have an old computer in France, but no internet connection. Where can I find a dial-up ISP, and how do I get the details to initially sign up. It seems the only way to get on line is to be on line - catch 22!!

Call the operator or information for a list of ISP's.
