Impact sports, Karate, running,Kickboxing e.t.c can actually be quite bad for your back if not trained properly, constant stamping feet down hard, not bending and not turning or twisting properly can cause serious problems with your spine, and lower lumber area, you should see your G.P with any back problems. But try not to worry, at your age its probably only a strain or a pulled muscle, mechanical back as the Doc told myself for many years before .
I feel for you, i know what its like to have back pain.

I would go and see your doctor but in the mean time drink plenty of water especially boiled water cooled down a bit as that is good for cleaning out your kidneys. Good luck

you could have strained a mucsel. ibuprofin and rest. heating pad. Try to do this before seeing a doctor as they will ask what you have done and tell you to this and if not better come back. pay 2 bills instead of 1

I studied Kickboxing and have also suffered lower back pain, I was told it was due to pressure put on my pelvis due to kicking etc..
Try seeing a doc or physio if it persists.

You might just have pulled something. my recommendation would be to go see your doctor. you might just have to rest it for a few days and you'll be right as rain again! pain is your body's way of making you stop for a moment and think about what you're doing.

Could be your kidneys - drink plenty of water & cranberry juice
If this doesn't help, then use a hot water bottle on it, or get massages.
It could be athritis - see your doctor.

You may have a urinary tract infection that has settled in your kidneys. Or you may have pulled something.
