Why can't I find Dustin Hermanson on Fantasy Baseball?

I am trying to pick him up but I can't find his name in the list of players anywhere.

He hasn't earned a roster spot. Until they offer him a MLB contract he will not be listed in Yahoo. The good news is they released Kerry Ligtenberg and Brian Meadows, which means he may still have an outside chance. But depending on his back injury may spend time in AAA to rehab.
