need help with the sims deluxe edition please on pc?

i know that you can play the game on line, but how where do i go and do i have to register my game b/c i lost the book with the code can i still play without it??? please answer b/c i really want to play

I have bad news for you. You are mis-informed.

You CANNOT play sims deluxe edition online.

There is only one sims game that can be played online, and that game is "The Sims Online"
