What would you do if you caught your hubby in the house with another woman, he wouldnt let me in our home, when i finally got in he beat me down, and he just had his boxers on, and hickeys all over his chest, and neck. I moved out, the cops are looking for him, since he assaulted me. I was going to fight that girl, but he wouldnt let me get near her? What would you do? put a restraining order out? I am completely shocked on this. We have a five year old daughter together. He doesnt want to see her anymore, we've been together 7 yrs, so anyways him and that girl are hiding out.

I'd of broke in with a crow bar and been yelling the entire time....get your *** out here you piece of ****, this crow bar is gonna make contact with you. Then I'd of called my cops myself and told them they better come and get him, they can have what's left of him. Lock me out of my own house???? I don't think so.

I almost never ever say get a divorce or leave a marriage but this is one of the cases where i will say do that.
leave him get this court order to ban him from coming near you . buy yourself a gun or crossbow and learn how to really use it . keep that with you loaded and if he comes to your home once you have this order for him to not come near you shot him i suggest you try to shoot him in the leg but if you have to shoot else where then do that . i suggest also if possible firing a warning shot and telling him you will fire on him . that is what you should do . oh from what i have seen on numerous cop type real life shows this restraining order is next to useless as the cops dont have enough man power to go to all the calls regarding them so they just might show up hours after you call if at all . get the gun or the cross bow change the locks have a security company come and make your place as secure as it can be bars on windows all that stuff . get a camera securitry recording system in and around your home. inform the neibhours of what has happen tell all of them . post signs on the lawn saying he is not allowed on the property . do all of this and keep that gun with you loaded ready to fire at all times. just take resonable precautions with it in relation to your child getting it. but understand having the gun or cross bow is needed now please do what i have written.

Wow, I am so sorry. Maybe it's a good thing he wouldn't let you near the other woman cause then mommy would be in trouble too. You look out for your daughter first and formost. She is going to need you and you'll be glad to have her around. Your kids are your rocks in times of crisis and they are what keeps you smiling even when things suck:)

P.S.-With my husband, I'd thank GOD it happened cause I've been trying to find a reason to divorce his lazy *** for a while now. No such luck for me though:( Sorry you gotta go through it:(

Why would you want to assault the other girl? If she didn't rape him then he brought her into your house and they mutually had intercourse. Let them have each other - he apparently doesn't care for you any more or he wouldn't have done it to begin with. That should tell you he isn't worth fighting for. Remember that just because you had a child together doesn't mean someone loves you. It takes a boy to make a child, but it takes a man to provide that child with a loving environment.

I would talk to friends , and keep talking, more until they cant stand the subject any longer...believe it or not you get alot of counseling out of it but more importantly you will begin to understand that your husband is a self- centered egotistical fool, he will pay the price, has already:, he lost you and your daughter, and the trust that will never pass that way again; everyone deserves a loylal, trustworthy, selfless relationship. i know it hurts right now, but you will (soon)find a way to let this too pass.Remember you've passed the torch, it's her turn, concentrate on your daughters healing so she makes good choices in the future when it comes to "men",or relationships in general...FORGIVENESS is a great place to start.

First of all - don't get physical with either one of them. They are not worth your getting charged with assault. He sounds like a bottom feeder and she isn't any better. Any woman who will cheat with a guy in his own house is lower than low. It sounds like they will make a perfect couple - at least until one of them cheats on the other. Move on and give your daughter the kind of father she deserves. Living well is the best revenge.

Four things you need to do:
1) get a restraining order
2) get a lawyer
3) get a divorce and child support
4) Be thankful that you didn't fight the other girl, cause
you'd be going to jail also!
(not being rude, just telling ya how I see it)

Dump the s.o.b. don't fight anyone..that will just add problems to the ones you already have...be adult about it..File for divorce and go on with your life..If he doesn't want to see his daughter anymore that should speak volumes about his character etc. You are better off without someone like this..regardless of your history..just do it and move on. Good Luck

Ex parte. Divorce. In that order. Why would you risk going to jail for assault? Your little girl should come first. Take care of her by taking care of the matter legally.
