5.7 ft = 173.736 cm

If it is kg u are - of the correct measure
but if it is pound then u are under weight


An easy method is to convert the height in centimetre and the weight in kilo the last 2 digit is the correct weight u need

Example if u are 150 cm tall can be up to 50 kg

so don't be so tensed - but don't put on ur abdominal circumstance

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

If you only weigh 73 lbs. then you do not have to lose weight even you were 173 you wouldn't have to, but if you wanted to make some muscle go to the gym as much as you can. Also eat well like vegetables and fruit. Eat meat too, meat has a lot of protein, so it will keep your muscles strong. You could also drink a lot of milk it will keep your bones strong. Don't eat junk food and try not to eat a lot of candy and soda. Exercise daily, and maybe try to find a trainer.

Pravin, I hope you're not 5'7" and weigh 74 lbs.! If you really need to loose weight, you must change your lifetyle! Eat a variety of fruits and whole grains for breakfast and all the vegetables without grease you want for dinner. Stay off of sugary drinks. Drink lots of water and take a brisk walk during your lunch break in the sunshine! Exercise (swimming) is great for rubbing off some fat!

Yes you need to loose some weight. I just bought a treadmill and I think this will really work.
You also buy one or go for a jogging early morning daily and see the effect after just a month.

Eat less oily and junk food
Drink plenty of water
good amount of fresh salad

ummmm if your talking pounds then you should NOT loose weight infct you should gain some..... but if in kilos thats a different story
