I'm doing a satire and I don't know what values my teacher is asking for. Can anyone help me out?

Literary value can be thought of simply as the measure of the intellectual effects of a work, divorced from how well the ideas are presented by the work. In other words, literary value, is concerned just with the relation of the work to the world.

The above , in simpler terms, is saying.....Literary Value is how well your satire work effects those that read it, watch it, or study it....by getting a certain point across to those who read it, watch it, etc. Even if it is not written very well, the audience will be more interested in the point that you are trying to make....for example , if you were to make fun of a President, for instance, you would give the audience " SOMETHING TO REMEMBER", like an insukt , or a joke .
