your scooter is prob 49cc's. The good this about this and the reason for this is because in most states if you have a 49 cc or small motorized vehicle and you stay under 35 mph ( very hard to exceed 35 on a 50cc bike), you only need a regular drivers license. The thing is you still need the reg license for your state to be allowed to drive on your states roads. So you will want to check online or verbally with the local D.M.V.

Good Luck.

I hear that most motorcycle brands carry big bore kits for scooters....you can make it go real fast....it's pretty cool to smoke someone on a larger bike and you on your scooter...

you will have to do a compulsory basic training course aka CBT then you may ride upto a 50cc if you are 16 and 125cc if you are 17+. The CBT will last for 2 years.

If you already have a driving license and you got this before 2001(i think) then you can ride a 50cc on that license.

p.s This is for the UK

No you need some form of ID though. I just bought one. I wish it was warmer so I could ride it.
