i.e set up a bank account.can i start selling?

remember my first sale....could not accept the cash until i fully verified my account.
once done, it all goes smooth.
the cash will go into your paypal account and you can leave it or transfer all/some to your regular account

If you have an account where money can come out of to pay for things through Paypal then the same account can be used to withdraw money from Paypal for goods that you've sold.

no if you are all set up you are all set. Pay pal will do the rest. just remember when you accept a pay pal payment they charge you an extra percentage fee. on top of the fee's you are already paying ebay. so remember to put it in your shipping and handling fee. It would be nice if people sent checks instead as the fee can be high.

You transfer the money from your paypal account into your bank account so add a bank a/c

hope you have added your bank details so your bank gets the money and then when some one buys from you it goes into your bank account. Good luck
