I want to print out some text so its lined up on the length of the paper.

You can either use word art or a table. If you want a vertical orientation a table will serve better. Click the cell in the table, on the format click text direction and change the orientation. To hide the borders of the table (which you would surely want to), in the format menu click borders and shading and click none in the borders tab.

I have Office 2007 and I can't do that. I use PrintMaster Platinum 17. I make custom software and need to flip 180 and print 2 cells on the back of the CD paper sleeve.

with WordArt, View Toolbars, Drawing...click on WordArt (the 3-D letter"A"),, choose the style you want, type your text, ok, then grab the green colored cicles and rotate.
