Potentially to the TOP! At a big company you have to get NOTICED. Doesn't matter if you are the best if the BOSS doesn't see it and know it! That means you have to be in the right department (not the remote office), be in the middle of everything going on, be a participant, take on responsibility, become the go-to-guy. Watch Michael J. Getting to the "top" has more to do with drive and attitude than an MBA.
