When i come back from Spring break I want a new look.?

When i come back from spring break i want every body to say wow, I have light brown hair and dark brown eyes. theres some things i've been thinking of changing but i dont know what else to do, for example: maybe freshening my layers and getting bangs, I cannot wear eyeliner, or mascara, but i can change my eyeshadow colour. I want to get a new outfit... haha anyways what else can i do!? please help :)

get a layered hair cut and add side swept bangs and add some honey colored highlights!
to make it look like you went on vacation, use a self tanner, but dont go too dark of you'll look orange and fake!
use a purple/lilac eyeshadow or a sage green shadow to put on your top lid.
for a new outfit think bright and bold!
go and get a bright pink polo and pair of tight jeans!

my hair was way past my shoulders my hole life

cutting it off certainly had the wow factor, and although it was quite terrifying to get done,ill never grow long hair again!i can even do different things with it and have a little wow every day!just go for it, you only live once!my mum says, when your young you can generally pull most things off lol
