No ,Irish People dont wear Kilts. The last time Irish Men wore Skirts was 500-600 Years Ago but not Kilts. Kilts are Scottish. The Irish Army Has a Pipe Band they Play Bag Pipes they have Orange Skirts. Other Pipe Bands in Ireland wear Scottish Kilts as it is Traditional to wear them if in a PipeBand . The Emerald Girls Pipe Band is an old Band now its been around for years in Dublin they wear Scottish Kilts. It is not a Tradition of Ireland.
