If you have some speed, are strong, and can cover people who are running and moving, play safety. However, only if you enjoy hitting. I have heard that playing safety in high school is fun because you can hit WRs when pass plays are run, but you can also move up and hit RBs a lot because there are so many run plays in HS ball. If you don't like hitting, but are strong and have good hands, play TE. If you are not very strong but have good hands, play WR. And if you are fast, then I recommend you hit the weight room and increase to 180-190 pounds of muscle. Then play RB. I promise that you will be dominant as a 6'2"+, 185 pound speedy RB in high school.

I don't know if you can catch well or run fast, but you do have the body frame of a wide receiver. You should get heavily involved with plyometrics. Plyometrics improve speed and athletic ability. Remember speed kills on all levels and in any sport. Since you are still growing do calisthenics instead of weight training. Weight training right now might stunt your growth.

being only 168LBS if you wanna play college you need to add 20-25 lbs unless you're a kicker. If you're pretty athletic I'd say play WR, or QB if you have a good arm and leadership abilities.....

If you have good speed, wide reciever would be good, because height is a great advantage at this position. If you are not too fast, your best options would be tight end or defensive end. If you are all around sound athletically and cool under pressure, quarterback is an option because height can be an advantage there too.
