the news, try to scare millions of people by placing an ad about millions loosing their home? Don't they realize that opens the doors for the scammers to target old folks. Not to mention making it harder the the actual LEGAL Lenders who came really help these people? I know I'm one of them.

The press/news always will go to far, stay to long on a story and make more of it then needs to be. That is why they are in business. You must search for the truth on your own these days. They get so obsessed on one subject. For e.g. Anna Nicole!

Once again, I must make a correction, why do you blame the News Media of trying to 'scare' millions about home foreclosures and higher-risk loan defaults, when the fault lies with the greedy fly-by-night builders and mortgage lenders, that give credit to anyone just to make more profit. Its not the Media's fault, its the Governments. you poor people were scammed long before this news hit. Corporations have spent the last 5 years bloating there value (on paper) and naturally rely on us poor folks to keep the profits rolling, but when things cause a huge drain on profits, ( Katrina, Bush, rising Oil prices, WAR, ect...) prices skyrocket. Wealthy people don't like it when there profits get cut in to, so it cost us tools twice as much to live. Keep your house and stop eating, or stop driving to work, or ...........I'm not blaming the wealthy, just there greed.

Anything they can do make a dollar they won't hesitate trying.
It's easier to lie to make a buck lying than it is to find a good reliable job these days!!!!!
