Soak the spot with club soda, let sit for 5 to 10 minutes and then dab with a dry towel. You might have to repeat a few times if the spot has been allowed to dry & set for awhile.

very simple just pour a little white wine over the stain and blot with kitchen roll. once you have this done sponge with cold water , always work inward of the stain so as not to spread the stain further. then with a little of your own hair shampoo sponge the carpet ,rinse with clear water , never use hard brushes as this breaks the fiber ´s of the carpet, Then lay a towel on the wet patch with a heavy towel on top this will help soak up any water from the underside of the carpet . If possible leave like this over night then leave to dry with natural air . Hope I help you out. PS white wine lifts red wine stains & many other stains so please try for yourself it works

Try oxiclean. Not the one with bleach, but the one for stains on carpet. You just spray it on let it set and then wipe it off. It removes the stain and the stain doesn't come back.

I hate to tell you, but it's probably permanent. You can try the following, which I used on red pop, but it only lightened the stain:
1) Pour club soda on the stain, blot it up with paper towels, and repeat until the stain disappears;
2) Put baking soda (as a paste) on the stain, leave it until it dries, vacuum it up, repeat as necessary.

If it is recent, use peroxide. The kind you would keep in your medicine chest. Just pour it on the stain, scrub lightly and sop it up with a dry cloth by putting weight on it. It won't bleach your carpet.

oxy clean. first pour cold water on it and blot it up with a towel repeatedly. keep pouring clean water on it, and blotting it up til you get it as clean as you can. then mix up an extra strong bottle of oxy clean with your hottest tap water. (cold water doesnt activate oxyclean.) pour the oxy clean over the stain and blot up with a clean towel. repeat til the stain is gone, though one application should do it unless its a very old stain.
