It's a high school run by Catholics for people who want to have their children go to school in a place where Catholic religion and values are taught. The difference is that regular high schools do not allow a religious perspective in their teaching.

It's usually a school ran by nuns as it was in my case, you dont have to be catholic to attend these schools. I attended one for the first 3 years of education. You go to mass, wear a uniform. That was in my schools case it may be different elsewhere.

I want to add the teaching was soo biased in my school.

a catholic high school is a religious private high school..its different from public school because in a public school you have alot more freedom them you do when u attend a private catholidc school.

a catholic hs is diffrent from a reg hs because they have uniforms or very strick dress codes, usualy the teachers are nuns and such, and they have relgion classes, and probabl have strong catholic teachings and such. some schools are very strict, and some are not so, but stricter from rig. hs

a catholic high school has uniforms, teaches religion every day, goes to church everyday, and majority of people in catholic high schools are catholic. my cousin went to a catholic high school and he had a mormon in his class, most catholic high school students are stuck up

you get to have a religion class everyday plus prayer in the morning and mass at certain times of the year.

For me catholic highschool converted a believer into a nonbeliever

It's run by nuns and priests who fill your head with all kinds of nonsense about the devil and going to hell if you don't comply with their way of thinking which, incidentally, is as flawed as their medieval beliefs

they are allowed to teach religion and because they are private-students' families pay and not state/county funded they can do that as well as make up whatever rules, schedules, dress codes they want.
