Most of the Companies world wide outsource thier business processes to countries like India,china,Korea,,etc.Do you support this phenomenon?

BPO has to be outsourced, yes. Every position in your company that has not to deal with you main process should be outsourced. Then you can focus on your core business and increase profits by concentrating on value added products or services.

Now the question is, are application outsourcing and infrastructure outsourcing a good idea? The answer is yes, but you should trust very much the provider!

Also please notice that, like sc_tazman, you should not confuse outsourcing and offshoring. Outsourcing has not to be offshore. Your BPO can be done inshore!

Exactly outsourcing is a good idea, there are "n" no of advantages by outsourcing business, telemarketing services etc. You can get the best services at affordable prices. As we did, we have outsource business to Datamaticsbpo at best price and got amazing services from them.

Yes of course ! Outsourcing denotes the practice of delegating work to another person or organization, usually a third party who is not associated with the business, and entrusting the responsibility of timely completion of such work on that person. The ultimate responsibility of the completion of that task, however, remains with the management of the business delegating the work.

I belive that if you have work that can benefit you own country than use them. Why would you give you jobs to someone you don't know or even ever see. You have no control over someone elses company and if the job is not done right you can't take care of the problem yourself.
