if you already know what sizes you need, much of your purchasing can be done online. also, they have business numbers that you can call for assistance in obtaining proper sizing for best results.

I'm assuming that the dress-wearer in question wears traditional clothing (hijab, khimar, etc.) Is there a place where you are that sells traditional clothing? If so, you might ask them to do custom alterations. If not, a plus-size store (like Lane Bryant in the US) may be willing to custom-order something if it's available.

There are also plenty of links from http://www.google.com/search?q=muslim+clothing+plus-size but as I am neither Muslim nor plus-size, I can't say whether they would actually be worth shopping at. Maybe epinions.com or some other review site has thoughts on those websites. Good luck!

I am a Muslim to so i know every thing . First u should know all the sizes. Then you should go to a place called EDISON in what ever state u are in. tell me if it worked out. BY BY
