Should I consider another hobby?

No way i love this site! Tell your husband to get on here and i bet he will soon be addicted!!!

I would suspect a different motive behind his statement. He may be feeling lonely or left out or want something that the two of you can do together. Who is to say that another hobby would not still cause his feelings of unease? I suggest sitting down with him and having a heart to heart about why this bothers him or if he wants more time and attention from you.

maybe you should consider something else . walking with your husband would be a good one . sex with your husband would be a great one.
setting a timer on the computer table say one hour per day 5 days a week if you manage that then carry one if you go over then have him put a password on the start up window so you cant even use the computer.
gee i hope you choose sex as your hobby even though its not me i can just imagine the benifits.

well i wrote a email .first me and my wife have had a honest truthful talk. she was able to be honest and truthful with me and telling me what and how she thought it was effecting our relationship.my number one concern.well i was honest with her on how i felt.that if she was feeling out of place that i was giving more attention to the site then lets see what kind of solution we could come up with instead of just leaving the site because i have been getting some real enjoyment from answering questions.but i said if she still feels that way after the set time then ill have to leave it alone.now we came to a compromise while she is home we do we things and twice a month some really special things together.just me and her.now she says things seem to be getting better that all she wanted was her time with me back.i have to respect that because the last thing i want is to hurt her in any way mentally physcially or emotionally.if you try this it might work maybe he is actually saying i need your company more without being honest to himself or you. would love to see it worked out for you.good l;uck .let me know how it goes

I agree with Jinxed. I am doing laundry, cleaning and on this site. My kids say I am addicted but to me it is fun. I like reading every ones problems and trying to help if I can. It is just a fun way to pass the time.

No doubt his has his own addictions say going to the pub, watching football etc. He has his hobbies and you are entitled to yours. It is not as though you are doing anything wrong is it just chatting to folk!

Depends on if you are putting more time and attention into yahoo answers instead of your husband. Find a happy medium. I'd say no, but do I have any room to talk? No! I just limit my time to make sure my husband and home come before any answers forum.

Either consider a new hobby , cut back on time here on Y/A
or find some way to "appease" hubby every time he gets
restless....Perhaps that is what the problem really is..
He is horny and doesn't want to be jealous of your time here..

Alot of people are addicted to this site is it such a bad thing. What is he afraid, everybody needs an outlet. You just choose something that will help others. I say keep doing it!
