I told him I just wanted to know what to expect latter. He got up and left me stuck with the check.

Did I do something wrong?

Usually the 1st question is "are you a top or bottom" :)

Anyway...I think your question was okay...as long as you didn't yell it from across the restaurant.

I would say that is a little too personal for a first date. Also, your statement about wanting to know what to expect later implied that you automatically assumed that the two of you were going to "get busy" and maybe he doesn't move that fast. I would also have been offended by a question that personal on the first date and would have thought poorly of the sex insinuation. Try slowing down a little.

How bout if I just walked up to you and asked you "How big is it"?

You would probably wonder WHY that thought was on my mind, you would imply that I was thinking of having sex with you, and you'd probably think I was rude for asking such personal information. Now..take that thought, and that's probably how your date felt.

That was a very personal, invasive question you asked him. It should have been reserved for a more intimate moment, such as after you'd fallen in love and were ready for sexual intimacy.

that question is way too forward. The question makes an assumption that you'll be in bed together the first date.

Did you also ask him if he was shaved, liked certain sex positions, had evidence of a recent std exam, and took showers on a regular basis?

ROTFL.........you insulted him. a.) You had the presumption that you were going to have sex with him and that was obviously not on his mind. b.) He probably thought if he answered incorrectly you'd be judging him on the basis of having/or not having a foreskin as opposed to appreciating him as a person.

Sounds like it. Maybe get through dessert first and THEN ask next time.

Heh...why bother asking? Some things are just meant to be surprises! :-)
