The real national dish of Chile is a cute little number by the name of Chiquita Caliente'. She is one hot little chile pepper. She can really spice things up. She is one hot dish that I would love to see on the menu. She makes my chalupa sit up and take notice.

no it aint a dish. our national dish is empanada. but chili is also quite widespread and one chilean sausage/condiment is actually made of chili --or aji, like we call it here.
