Does anyone know where you can get dresses dyed? Any local cleaners are something that you know for sure dye clothes? If not should I just go out and buy another dress?

It depends what kind of dress and where you bought it from. It you bought it from a boutique that specializes in dresses, like David's Bridal or something like that, they may be able to dye it for you. If the material has already been dyed, you're out of luck. However, if you want to dye because you're having trouble matching accessories, many places can dye handbags, shoes, etc, to match. For cloth shoes, any wedding outfitter will do, for things made out of leather, you need to go to a shoe repairperson.
