i get over mine by accepting them as a challenge that will improve me, help me mature, and strengthen me. then its only a question on time.

Again, a question that is much easier answered when we know what the trauma is however, you usually have to work through it. This often calls for the help of a therapist or a doctor. I give you credit for addressing this issue if in fact there is some childhood trauma in your past, it is not an easy road by any means but one worth taking. Good luck in your future.
