both major beaches in Gloucester are sturdy Harbor and Wingasheek. both are fantastic and both have FREEZING chilly water lol. Be warned, they both have constrained, expensive parking so that you want to get there early. Gloucester wouldn't have that a lot to do, so I agree that Newburyport is way nicer to poke round in. numerous pink brick, and many superb eating places and lovable shops, no longer particular in case you care about that lol. many folk like the bear epidermis neck section in Gloucester, in spite of the undeniable fact that that's basically an old artist colony and far of gallery's so no longer particular i'd recommend that. once you've time that's advisable to bypass poke round Rockport for some hours. that's a captivating city, lovable shops and only a stunning experience, correct on the waterfront. quit for strudel on the Strudel position, devour it on their hidden deck outback....attractive view with a yummy snack. And the view on the rocks on the very end is fantastic (as is the eating position on the left heading in the route of the water..yet expensive!) in case you want to locate yet another sea coast a touch farther i could not recommend making a music sea coast in Manchester by ability of the sea more beneficial. the in undemanding words problem is parking is amazingly constrained. in spite of the undeniable fact that the sturdy information is that's no longer a foul walk to the sea coast, a million/4 mile, from the middle of the small city. regrettably they closed an section that replaced into an excellent bar and eating position. i have not appeared at the position that replaced it so dunno, yet that replaced into alway a magnificent day....first making a music sea coast (that's the finest sea coast off the Cape IMHO), then there after.
