If you have specific complaints about the store, begin with the local manager of the store.
If they offer no assistance, move up the chain to the corporate heads. Their official website lists a contact page where you can let them know SPECIFICS about the store.
Be sure to include in your complaint:
* Which store including physical address, city, state and zip code.
* Phone number
* operating hours
* time of YOUR visit to the store
* number of unsatisfactory visits to this location.
* complaints made locally and to whom along with the date the complaint was made.
include your phone number(s) and contact information. if the store is ALWAYS in bad shape, take some digital photos to send to them via regular snail mail.
Good luck.

You could call the better bissniss brure.
You're question is pretty vague.
What did they do that you don't like?
Do they just sell crap or did they rip you off?
When I goto a dollar store I'm very carefull on what I buy.
I once went to one dollar store and bought some cuttlery. When I got home and oppened the box it turned out to be flimsy tin-foil crap I tried to return it and they denide selling it to me.
The recepit did me no good because it was a genaric recipte that could be from anywhere for anything.
Make sure they give you a recipte that id's that you got it from that store. I.E. store ID# or name and address and possably phone#.
Hope this helps.

A very Good Question!
Apparently, Dollar General Corporation "ISN'T VERY INTERESTED" in What and How they are Seen, Shopped, and Treated by "THEIR STORES and LOCATIONS".
After the SEAS of Search's, Different Web Sites, and the Continuing HASSLES of being a CONCERNED Patron, "WE" are basically the ONLY ONE CONCERNED ENOUGH TO TELL OR ASK !

Ok what store. there are tons of DG stores, what state, city etc, complain to Store manager , if you are not satisfied ask for their boss, DG stores have a DM (district manager) that has a number of stores to check on, tell them your complaint, still not satisfied then onward and upward to DG head quarters, you can find then online
