Grad Dress?

Question

i have my grade 9 grad and i was wondering what kind of dress+shoes would be appropiate. its formal, but not grade 12 ball gown formal.please include pictures if possible.thanks!

You need to wear something nice and flowy but it cant be a dark color you want a nice white color or pale color since we are going into summer and it is nice to have a soft color instead of a hardcore color! example here is a couple of cheap dresses again look for the soft colored ones.

I"m in ninth grade too, and usually we wear semi-formal dresses (not floor length) and most people just wear like mascara or eyeliner, eyeshadow, lipgloss, and maybe blush. Don't go all out and get a make over and anything. If you have long hair, you should leave it down, straighten it if it isn't already straight, and then curl the ends, or you could just straighten it or put it in a messy bun. No formal updo's. For shoes, you could wear some cute heels if you want, but i would just wear some more formal flats. Here aresome good stores for dresses:
Anthropologie, Betsey Johnson, Jessica Mclintock, Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, sometimes Jcrew, or maybe Forever21. Anthropologie's my fave for summeryish dresses. For shoes go to the bp section of nordstroms, or to north west. Keep you jewlery simple, just wear diamond studs (cubic zarconia) or something like that. Hope I helped, have fun!
ps. if you want to get your makeup done, sephora does it for free, or you could go to neiman marcus, its free if u buy two products. Have fun!

keep it simple but not boring.
half up/half down hair, an above the knee dress, necklace and earings, and cute makeup!
for more specifically for the dress, dont go past the knees. that looks too...overdressed. try something summery with a bit of sophistication!

-wear black eyeliner, brown
mascara, and pale pink blush

- if your hair naturally straight
