Yes, I have been green with envy. *hangs head in shame* I blame the green-eyed monster for that. I've also had a green thumb... which seemed to do wonders for the grass that's on 'the other side'. I swear it's always greener now. Hmmm. But since I am the black sheep of my family, I think I should show you my true colors:

my skin is as white as the driven snow
my heart is tickled pink
I've been caught red-handed
sometimes I'm yellow-bellied
my glasses are rose-colored
ever since I was a child, all I wanted was a horse (of a different color).
Once in a blue moon, my kettle is black (or at least that's what the pot has called it)
I can certainly talk a blue streak. (and that's not a white lie)

Oh my , I fear my answer has become a red herring... or gone off-color. As for green, all I can say is that I concur with Kermit... it certainly isn't an easy color to be.

When I was young. I am not as green as I used to be. I was green a few months back when I came to answers. I also was green when I got married. I have been green a number of times in my life and as Kermit the Frog says, "It's not easy being green."
I have been more red, lately. Bills, car payments, house payments and credit. I would rather have some of that green to counterbalance that red.
