Breastmilk doesnt sour unless you express it and leave it out. Certain foods like spicey foods for example tend to give the breastmilk a slightly different flavor or may make baby gassy.

Breast milk does not sour in your body. What you eat can change the flavor and some things are passed through your milk to the baby. Strong flavors etc. Also be conscious of what prescriptions or otc drugs you take as these can pass to baby as well. Your baby is ingesting whatever you do.

Eating different foods can make breast milk taste different but as long as its consumed straight from the breast it's always fresh. If you keep it in a bottle in the fridge you have to be careful because it can sour if it gets too old.

Breast milk can NOT go sour! Well, if you express it, it can--but not while it's in the breast!

Certain highly flavored foods, like garlic for example, can carry over into the milk, and cause baby not to like the taste
