I had a great interview and they said they would email me back with their decision. I told them I would be on vacation for a week and a half and that I would be back on Monday. They said that they would email me when I came back. Today is Sunday and they have not responded. I think if they are not going to give me an offer they would have already sent me the email. What do you think?

Ummmm..... it's only Sunday, and you told them Monday. Give them 24 hours, after all they said they'd wait till you got back.
Also, a great interview means nothing. There may have been another great interview out there you are up against. Keep getting your resume out there, a watched pot never boils.
