Just call up dance studios in your area (in phone book under "dance instruction") and see if they offer hip hop. Unlike ballet instruction, it's not like you really need to find a "really good" dance school, as it's not like you can do hip hop incorrectly. Your daughter could even learn hip hop off of instructional DVDs if she wanted to. But since it's easier and more fun to learn in a class, all you need to find is a place that offers it.

I can understand a child's interest, (actually she's not really a child anymore) but she would do better and be able to use that education further into the future if she took ballet, modern dance, yoga or even an instrument so at least in the future she could turn that into a business and income. Make your money work for you.
