Darwin's theory of evolution is scientific--it is backed up by vast volumes of evidence. There is no scientific theory of creation.

Someone posted that evolution is godless. That simply is not true--evolution presuppose nothing about the existence or guidance of a Creator.

The methods. Darwin's theory is based on scientific methods, the gathering of facts, and the use of testable hypotheses.

Creation is based on faith--there are no testable hypotheses.

That's why creation "science" shouldn't be taught in school--it actually has no basis in science. It has to be accepted on faith, because all of the queries raised rely on faith and speculation.

Evolution, however, is very empirically testable, making it a real science.
