I'm 6 months pregnant and have not had any bleeding in this pregnancy so far. But, I keep having this reoccuring dream where I go to the bathroom and i find blood on the toilet paper. Why is this? It's worrying me.

Yes, I do. Especially when I stay on my back too long.

I had a dream the other night that I was bleeding. I am 27 weeks pregnant now. I woke up in the night worried and fell asleep. Everytime I fell back to sleep I dreamt that i was bleeding heavier. I even got up at 3 am, peed.. checked for blood and listened on the doppler.. all was fine. Went back to bed and same thing. That morning I woke up and realized that i was to grogy to realize it at the time, but I was having cramps in my sleep (I have a irritable uterus) and They felt like cramps from my period.. so I dreamt about it. Maybe you have mild Braxton Hicks at night???

If you haven't been having super weird dreams you are lucky, but it sounds like you are.
I was in the room with my Grandmother when she took her last breath and I was only 4 weeks along then and I had dreams about her all throughout my pregnancy and they were creepy.
I had a dream one night that I had blood on the toilet paper too and I had to go to the doctor that morning and I didn't know if it really happened or not so I didn't know what to do. I told my husband about it and he said it was doubtful. I didn't really worry about it though.
Pregnancy dreams are weird!

CONGRATS ON YOUR PREGNANCY!!!

Sadly i have had these same dreams. only with me, they tend to come true. My dreams are like a warning sometimes. Other times they are things that i try not to think about but i do fear. Like two nights ago i dreamt of a UFO landing in my driveway (ok maybe that was that hotdog before bed lol)

I always had dreams about the baby crying and i could not find them. or me forgetting all about the baby for a day and i run into find the daipers full of crap likes its been on them for a full day with no change. stuff like that. Basically dreams about me being a bad mother. But i know i am not. They are just fears that i have and though i ignore them in "real life" they haunt me when i go to sleep.

I just get up, check on the buppers, get some water (ok its really ice cream) and go back to bed knowing everyone is ok.

You will be ok too ;)

It's a fun part of pregnancy. I've had all sorts of wierd baby related dreams. I've had babies talking to me, babies that are born with beautiful long hair, found out I was having twins, etc. Luckily I haven't had any of the scary baby dreams where something goes wrong, but most pregnant women do and it sounds like some of your fears are making their way into your dreams. Many women have these recurring scary dreams, don't worry, just because you are having them won't make them come true. Most likely the fear is so rooted in your mind that it continues to come out in your dreams. Good luck and congratualations.

Since Blood symbolizes the loss of something, such as your freedom before having a child, it is just a subconcious reminder that your life is going to change after the birth of your child. Accept the upcoming changes and the dreams should stop.

Have you ever had a miscarriage or maybe have been reading questions by people about them? Sometimes things I run across during the day incorporate into my dreams at night. I'm 5 months pregnant.

Maybe you just have that in your head, which causes you to dream about it, I have been trying to get pregnant, and am constantlydreaming that I am pregnant or that there is a newborn child in my dreams and I am not pregnant yet so I don't thinl you should worry.

I had wierd dreams all the time when i was pregnant...some of them were so bad i would wake up crying...it's probably just your hormones... dont worry about it, good luck with the rest of your pregnancy though

It may just be a fear that comes up while you're asleep, it certainly doesn't mean there's anything wrong with your pregnancy.
