He is nothing more then a politician. Ask him if he even knows how to spell Management leave aside management skills & tools he talk about before IIMA students/world universities. The management skills used to improve the condition of Indian Railways is been done by the management planners & executives employed by the Indian Railways not by him. These politicians just read the papers before the gathering prepared by these very management executives & give reply to the questions posted to them which are already told to the railways & these very executives prepare the reply which ultimately he gives to the gathered management students who think that he is a class manager but in reality he is only a very shrewd Actor delivering prepared dailogues/monolouges.

Actually it has become difficilt to decide that Lalu is a railway minister or management professor. As far as it is concernced to my knowledge he was appointed as the railway minster but now he has become a professor. He gave lecture to I.I.M.,Harvard students. He has turned the path of Indian railways. The railway which was going in loses is now in profits. So we should salute Lalu for this miracle.

To be a successful minister, management knowledge is a must. All ministers do not succeed due to lack of management and administrative qualities.
Mr Laloo Prasad is possessing both qualities in him, also he knows the pulse of problems to be tackled.
People use to make fun of him, but actually he has proved himself far better than other by showing his work as a Railway minister.
Other talked, he performed. .Because he is good,he should be encouraged to do further more better.

Its great news that Laloo is in both roles. surprisingly Laloo has drawn a profit of 20000 Crores in 3rd consequent year in Indian railway budget, where as the same railways was running in loss before he joined in as Minster of Railways. And his this profitability is an achievement for him. And same has drawn the attention of IIMA and this became a case study in IIMA that how a unit like Indian Railways which was running in heavy losses has turned a profit earning unit.
So now he teaching the students of IIMA that how it happened.
And you know its always welcome to learn from any one.
Because it is easy to find flaws even in good ones but its tough to learn/find good things in/from baddies.

well,he is jack of all trades, but master of none! no wonder he is toooooooooo good a politician by indian standards and has been neatly able to pull the wool over the eyes of the voters in his home state for N number of years.he is doing the same at the Centre! our country is already having flock of such gr8 persons.the only difference is he got shifting wheels to air his views and hence is always on the move from one area to another with ease - be it management or politics!
