Not necessarily. If it was a hunting trip there might be some question based on a past incident than one might opine that Cheney had something to do with it. Otherwise no reason to necessarily suspect V.P. Cheney.

No - I'd look at Henry Waxman first; if he had a believable alibi (doubtful, but possible), then I'd look at Chuck Schumer next.

You know ol' Chuck, right? The senator who's in favor of maximum gun control who carries a pistol himself at all times. You definitely want to keep ol' Chuck in mind if anyone is out there getting "severely hurt".
