Three issues:

One

You are using Logitech speakers. I am not against Logitech however it has come to our attention that many people complain that Logitech speakers pick up radio signals. This is seen mainly in 5.1 external systems. If this is the case you are asked to contact logitech.

Two

You have wireless devices in the area. This included wireless or blue tooth devices such as keyboards, mouse, telephones, headphones and mobile phones. I also hear that microwaves cause problems. If this is the case try to keep the speakers one meter away from metal and all non magnetically shielded speakers at least 30 cm from your screen.

Three

You have damaged the speakers by playing loud audio.
In this case you may consider:
Replacement
Repair

I also recommend you upgraded your sound cards drivers.

I really hope this helps in some way.
If you wish to receive any more information on these topics - I understand the last topic is very vague, then please email me. I can produce more technical help as needed.
