Every time I install and click PLAY it pops up"DIRECT 3D RENDERER CREATION ERROR" Does anyone know what this means. Is something wrong with my computer? I have other games I have installed with no problems. If anyone could help, you would make my day. Thank you!!

Your computer doesn't have a software for that game to enable you to install to play it.All games need different coders and drives to work.I haven't gotten mine to work either so you are not alone.
