Unless you are threatened or a racist comment has been made, then yes it should be reported. Now if your sitting around trying to report people because you have no life, then you need a new hobby. Also, if you are a concerned parent for as a sexual question is concern, then you should create a yahoo family account and set your age restrictions. Accordingly, as the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the Services and/or Content are appropriate for your child.

You lose 10 points at first. If you are reported enough you are suspended. If the violations keep on, you get your entire yahoo account deleted! That happened to a couple of people earlier this week and they were accounts they had for years, so be very careful!

You get an e-mail from the Yahoo Answers Staff, saying this answer, or question is inappropriate, and it had been deleted.
Sometimes you might get banned for a few days, sometimes not. Just depends on how bad it was.
No one will know that you were reported, only you and the Y! Answers Staff.

You lose 12 points. Ten points are lost for the violation. The other two points are lost because Yahoo deletes your answer. If you get reported too many times then you lose your email address and account.
