I can, but my husband can't. It's funny when I ask him what time does he think 16.00 hours is and he'd say, "eh.... 8?"

I uses to think military time was the same as regular time too! But it soon came to me that this time zone was a differ ant one. If you see that for an example ; 4:pm would be 1600 hours in military time zone. that it.
