Yes there is and the right name is Misr Flying Institute (MFI)

Yes there is ,but I wish I helped in the name or website. many years ago it was in the same place of Embabah Airport, but it's there now as the Airport is closed. I think if you ask in Egypt Air they may lead you to it. They have a good relation with the aviation school.
