this is very unlike me i am always atleast a week early on my period and i took a test and it still came back negative i was supposed to have my period yesterday and i have no signs of it coming at all, i have had signs of pregnancy could it be because it is too early to read on the test can i miss my period this early? i need some advice

I recently wacthed an episode of "That 70's Show" where the same thing happened to the mom. well she thought she was pregnant, and told everyone she was. in the end, it turned out to be menopause. any way, i am a guy so take that as you will.
