Because they are getting the better of your anger by lawfully retaliating. Why are you insulting and judging people anyway? Now you will be judged. Its no fun huh? I'll bet you wish you had not done it now. Learn when to keep your mouth shut like I HAD TO DO. I was in the exact position as you are now. I may not like something...but learning to accept that I have no control over others has helped. You don't have to like it...just accept it that, that's the way this other person is. Otherwise, it will eat you alive. My charge was a misdemeanor for threatening and intimidating!! I got 6 months summary probation...no big deal. I got over it too. Don't let your anger get the best of you. When you go to court, just apologize (as hard as it may be) and show remorse...even if you don't mean it. That's what the judge wants to see. As the saying goes...fake it till you make it!! Having gone thru this myself, I know it sucks!! Your "revenge" will come when you walk out of court with a light sentence. I'm sure your enemies want you to go to jail (mine did). It didn't happen though. Ha!! That was sweet for me...he didn't win after all. Email me and let me know what happens ok. I'm interested in knowing how it turns out for you. Good luck, Leslie

First off, you had to have done more than insulted the person to have been charged with a felony. But anyway, you have to find what you're so angry about. What drives you to absolutely have to get even? Was the offense that serious? Isn't this tit for tat nonesense a bit childish? Maybe these are the things you should think about when you're plotting revenge. And also, try to remember that it's usually not as big as you might want to make it. That may help ease your rage and bring you back to a calm place.

So, because you insulted someone (you started something, cruel by the way), your own mind is punishing you by making you think about what you did, and you want revenge? Do you think you will stop thinking about it then? Your court case isn't even done yet! How do you think you got into this mess to begin with? THEY didn't start this - YOU DID

The saying, "Revenge is Sweet," is not all it's cracked up to be. You should really look into changing your attitude, or you could be charged with further felonies--for seeking revenge.
