That actually happened to one of my friends. In high school there was this guy who she absolutely hated and he couldn't stand her either. Yet they both knew each other's favorite movies, foods, animals, etc. Of course, they also knew each other's least favorites. Then some one set them up on a blind date. They claimed to have an awful time, but ended up going out for two years after that. When they broke up, I never saw anyone as heart broken as my friend was.

Honestly, I can't see how your idea could work. :S If I've recognized these people as "those I hate the most", how could I let them get to know anything about me? I'd try to avoid those folks as much as humanly possible.
