You have no 2B. Having Fielder at 1B is bad. You definitely could have done a better job. Ever heard of guys like Howard, Pujols, Ortiz, Konerko, Delgado, etc.? Barrett isn't good either. Get someone better. You'll win in SBs every week. I would trade Hanley Rameirez for C. Utley. Put Dye as UT. Trade Beltre and Thome for A-Rod.
Your OFs are spectacular. If you do wat I told u to do, ur offense will kick everyone's butt. U have no closer. But i like ur SPs. Trade Fielder, Lopez, and Haren for Joe Nathan. Drop Valverde and Heilman for someone else, doesn't matter who.
Ur team now is a 6.5/10
If you do the changes i told u to do, then i believe ull have a 9/10 team.

Your hitting looks great. Reyes, Crawford, Ramirez, Abreu and more all look very solid. Pitching could maybe use a little help, maybe another reliable starter (if there is such a thing). You may want to post this on http://www.RootZoo.com , it's a very rapidly growing site (similiar to this one) just for sports fans. I think you will need to upgrade your closer situation unless amybe Myers becomes the closer due to a surplus of starters.Good luck to you though

well for starters u have maddux u no and i no that he is at the end of his career either u going to trade him when it's time or u going to have problems down the stretch.
